Our Community Impact Approach

KZCF creates an impact by empowering individuals and families and bridging the gaps in access, opportunity and resources that are the result of ongoing racial, economic and social injustice.

Our approach is centered on community members who have been historically disadvantaged, centering Black, Indigenous and people of color, people with disabilities, women, people who identify as LGBTQ+, and under or undocumented community members.

Our approach and priorities are informed by the social determinants of health, community data and funded partner outcomes and reflections.
