An adult student with at least a 3-5 year break in their education. Must be a resident of Kalamazoo County or a graduate of a HS or adult education program within Kalamazoo County or Plainwell or Otsego High Schools.

Scholarship Information

Established by a bequest from the Jean Schau Estate to provide renewable grant assistance to nontraditional students who are legal residents with home addresses in Kalamazoo County or are graduates of a high school or adult education program within Kalamazoo County or are graduates of Plainwell or Otsego High Schools.

Applicants who are currently underemployed and need education to become financially self-sufficient are eligible for this scholarship.
