Joanna Donnelly Dales
Chief Philanthropy Officer, Philanthropic Services & Development
Joanna Donnelly Dales is the chief philanthropy officer at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. Joanna leads our Philanthropic Services & Development team in cultivating and stewarding our relationships with our donors. Prior to this role, Joanna entered KZCF as a donor relations officer in 2007. She also held development positions in Washington, D.C. with the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the American Symphony Orchestra League.
Joanna holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She currently serves on the board for Kalamazoo County Ready 4s and the Society for History and Racial Equity (SHARE).
