For the third year, the Kalamazoo Community Foundation has been named one of West Michigan's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
The award recognizes organizations with the most innovative and thoughtful approaches to human resources.
A program of the Michigan Business and Professional Association, this award – evaluated by an independent research firm– recognizes quality performance and best practices in a variety of human resources areas, including employee enrichment, engagement and retention, communication and shared vision, diversity and inclusion, community initiatives, and strategic company performance.
"We're honored to receive this recognition again," says Director of Human Resources Susan Meldrim. "We'll use the results of this report to enhance our performance in several areas."
Says President/CEO Carrie Pickett-Erway, "As a data-driven organization, committed to continuous improvement, we value this recognition. This will fuel our pursuit of best practices that improve our impact on the community."
