Kalamazoo Community Foundation (KZCF) has welcomed Chaney Bear to the Finance and Administration team.

Bear, who previously served in Human Resources at Gazelle Sports in Kalamazoo, was hired as the new Human Resources Manager at KZCF.

"The mission, vision, values and reputation of the Kalamazoo Community Foundation is what drew me to this position," Bear said. "It was after I met with leadership and staff that moved me to say yes. People are important to me, and it is clear people are important to KZCF as well."

Chaney is a board member at Girls on the Run of Greater Kalamazoo and serves on the Networking Committee with Kalamazoo Human Resources Management Association.
