Kalamazoo Community Foundation (KZCF) is proud to be named one of West Michigan's 101 Best and Brightest organizations for the 6th consecutive year.
This honor comes after being reviewed by an independent research company on a variety of human resource criteria, including employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, community initiatives, and many others.
"We’re honored to be included in the 2019 list of organizations in West Michigan," says Kelley Kellis, director of Human Resources and Facilities at KZCF. "We honor the donors who make our work possible and the nonprofits we serve by being recognized for this level of performance."
The Best and Brightest award identifies and honors organizations that value the importance of employee enrichment and operational excellence. Following review from the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), organizations’ scores are compared to regional data and nationally set standards. This national program also celebrates organizations that are creating richer lives and building stronger communities.
Kalamazoo Community Foundation, established in 1925, has the vision of Kalamazoo County being the most equitable place to live, with the mission to remove barriers through building relationships and connecting resources so people can reach full potential. Learn more at kalfound.org.
